The Impact You’ll Make:
As Data & Insights Analyst, you will play a vital role in helping the Club make smarter, data-informed decisions across commercial and fan engagement activities. You will collect, analyse, and translate data into actionable insights, supporting ticketing, marketing, digital products, and fan experience strategies. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the Club’s continued growth and innovation through data-driven thinking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver data reports and dashboards across key commercial areas including ticket sales, digital engagement, website and app performance, and campaign analytics.
- Provide regular insights to key stakeholders, identifying patterns, trends, and opportunities for growth and efficiency.
- Analyse fan and customer behaviour to inform segmentation, targeting, and retention strategies.
- Support campaign measurement for marketing, digital, and CRM activities.
- Optimise user journeys across the Club’s digital platforms through data analysis.
- Collaborate across departments to embed data-driven practices and improve decision-making.
- Identify and implement tools or methods to improve data quality and insights.
- Ensure data best practices around collection, storage, compliance, and privacy.
Your Skills and Experience:
- Experience in data analysis or insight roles, preferably within sport, entertainment, digital, or marketing environments.
- Proven ability to use data to support commercial and marketing decisions.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools like Power BI, Google Data Studio, Tableau, or similar.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple data projects and deliver timely, high-quality insights.
