Welcome to Warwickshire Cricket Foundation (WCF), the driving force behind all recreational (non-professional) cricket in Warwickshire and Birmingham. In close collaboration with Warwickshire County Cricket Club, WCF is dedicated to making cricket accessible to everyone. We champion the sport in order to promote positive mental and physical wellbeing and to build skills. Our initiatives span across adults, boys, girls, and people with disabilities, covering activities in schools, community hubs, and local clubs.

Joining our Team

We are seeking a passionate and driven Head of Community Cricket and Engagement to join the Warwickshire Cricket Foundation at Edgbaston Stadium.  In this pivotal role, you will lead and oversee community, schools, and stadium programs aimed at promoting healthy, active lifestyles through cricket.  You will champion equality, diversity, and inclusion initiatives while ensuring the delivery of high-impact programmes that meet the needs of our diverse communities. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, you will manage a dedicated team, drive our marketing and communication strategies, and report to key funders, all while fostering a supportive environment for future generations of cricketers.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in community engagement, team leadership within a non-profit setting, and managing multiple successful projects.  Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential.

Salary:Up to £50,000 per annum
Contract type:Permanent full-time, 35 hours per week, flexible working
