The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen within Levy for a finance professional to support Edgbaston Stadium in our stadia subsector. The Location Accountant will business partner with Edgbaston Stadium’s General Manager and Heads of Department, taking on all aspects of a partnering role and developing skills in working collaboratively with the client, as well as across internal functions and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Business partner with operations to drive financial performance and manage risks and opportunities.
- Provide financial analysis to support strategic decisions using dashboards and reporting tools.
- Manage financial controls, including invoicing, cash reporting, reconciliations, and budget processes.
- Deliver key reports for reviews, budgets, forecasts, and client meetings.
- Build relationships with stakeholders, including clients and operational teams, to align goals.
- Support financial apprentices and contribute to knowledge sharing across the team.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in management accounting and partnering operational teams.
- Familiarity with SAP, Sage, and Quicksights as analysis and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills to present financial insights to diverse audiences.
- Ability to balance competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- AAT qualified or working towards ACA/CIMA/ACCA (desirable).
Working Arrangements
This role requires flexibility, including working evenings and weekends during the season.
