Warwickshire County Cricket Club is on a mission to be the best cricket business in the world. Our home is Edgbaston Stadium, one of the leading venues in world cricket, renowned for its atmosphere and has played host to some of the biggest and most iconic moments in cricket.

We’re expanding our commitment to the game with the introduction of Bears Women, a fully professional team that will compete in the Tier 1 competitions from 2025. This initiative reflects our focus on supporting and elevating women’s cricket.

Joining our Team

Are you an enthusiastic and passionate marketeer who is passionate about growing women’s sport in the Midlands?  Warwickshire County Cricket Club is looking for a creative-thinking Marketing Executive to join our new professional Bears Women’s team.

This newly appointed position will play a leading role as we seek to grow our domestic audiences, attract new fans and create a fun and welcoming environment for all supporters.  Don’t worry if you’re not a cricket fan, we are looking for someone to bring a fresh view and innovative ideas for a brand-new team.

Your responsibilities will include campaign planning, collaborating with the wider marketing and commercial team, and managing digital marketing across our platforms, including CRM, social media, website, and app. You’ll also contribute to content creation and support matchday marketing efforts.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Creative Marketing Skills: You should have experience in a fast-paced, consumer-focused environment, with a knack for digital marketing and content creation.
  • Analytical Mindset: You’ll use data to drive decisions and assess campaign performance.
  • Team Player: Collaboration is key. You’ll work closely with our internal teams and external partners to deliver excellent results.
