Joining Our Team

As a Senior Partnership Sales Manager, you’ll take the lead on identifying and securing top-tier commercial partnerships, managing the entire sales process from outreach to final agreement. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders to develop innovative partnership packages, use market insights to stay ahead of industry trends, and play a vital role in driving revenue growth.

If you have:

  • A proven track record in partnership sales, ideally within elite sports or a rights-holder environment.
  • Experience in lead generation, contract negotiation, and delivering B2B sales success.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to network with senior stakeholders.
  • A flair for creating innovative partnership packages with high ROI.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, along with proficiency in CRM tools like SalesForce.
  • A proactive, creative, and self-driven approach to achieving ambitious targets.
