Joining Our Team

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Ticketing Systems Administrator to join our team at Edgbaston Stadium.  In this role, you will manage and optimise our ticketing platforms, including Secutix and HID access control, ensuring seamless ticketing operations for international cricket matches and other major events.  You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver a smooth ticketing experience, maintain accurate seat inventories, and provide detailed reporting to support decision-making.

To excel in this role, you’ll need proven experience managing ticketing systems, ideally within the sports or live entertainment industries.  Hands-on knowledge of Secutix is highly desirable, along with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical challenges.  Outstanding communication skills and a collaborative mindset are essential for working with diverse stakeholders.  If you’re detail-oriented, passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, and ready to contribute to one of cricket’s most iconic venues, we’d love to hear from you!
