Warwickshire County Cricket Club is looking to appoint a Women & Girls Performance Manager to organise and implement a comprehensive training, match and administrative programme for girls and women in county age group squads, Emerging Player and Academy Pathways, and Senior Women’s squads at the Edgbaston Cricket stadium in Birmingham – home to Warwickshire County Cricket Club, the Birmingham Bears as well as Test and International cricket. The role will involve all aspects of implementing agreed development and coaching plans, as well as working alongside other technical coaches as part of a team in order to provide a seamless and progressive transition from the county age groups pathway through to County XI cricket and the Women’s Super League. This will involve high levels of organisation and management alongside talent identification and development of Women’s and Girls cricket across the County.

Ideally the candidate will have a strong knowledge and understanding of recreational cricket in Warwickshire through to National and International level. Candidates must also enjoy working to high standards, have good coaching and communication skills plus the ability to work as part of a team or on their own initiative.
