Birmingham Phoenix, in partnership with Birmingham City Women FC and Birmingham Panthers, are proud to announce the first-ever Knighthead Women in Sport Day.
It is taking place on Sunday November 16 at St. Andrew’s @ Knighthead Park, from 12pm–2pm, ahead of Blues Women’s Barclays Women’s Super League 2 clash with Portsmouth Women (kick-off 2pm).
This special event brings together the three women’s teams – Birmingham Phoenix, Birmingham City Women FC and Birmingham Panthers – for a celebration of women’s sport, community, and the growing power of female participation across Birmingham.
Fans will have the chance to enjoy live music, family activities as well as an ability to take part in three interactive sporting challenges inspired by football, netball and cricket, testing their skills against some of the best athletes Birmingham has to offer.
From penalty shootouts and precision passing to bowling accuracy, there’s something for everyone to get involved in, whether you’re a seasoned player or just up for some fun before kick-off.
Tickets for Knighthead Women in Sport Day, including entry to the Birmingham City Women FC v Portsmouth Women fixture, start from just £2 when purchased before Sunday November 2.
Throughout the day, there will also be exclusive giveaways and prizes to be won, with more details to be revealed in the coming weeks.
