Are you passionate about cricket and keen to shape the future of Warwickshire County Cricket Club (WCCC)? This is your chance to step forward and represent the diverse voices of our membership by joining the Members’ Committee for an initial three-year term.
Our members come from all walks of life and communities, united by a shared love of cricket and the Bears. A strong, vibrant, and representative Members’ Committee is vital to ensure the Club listens to and champions the views of its supporters.
As part of the Committee, your role will be to:
- Represent the views of members to the Board, ensuring their voices are heard and considered in key Club decisions.
- Safeguard and promote the Club’s vision and culture, protecting its history and traditions while shaping its future.
- Enhance the experience for all members and supporters, improving rights, facilities, and benefits.
This is an excellent opportunity to influence the future of WCCC and support the ambition to make Edgbaston the best cricket venue and business in the world.
What We’re Looking For:
We welcome applications from passionate, community-minded individuals who are committed to:
- Championing the Club’s values of Passion, Respect, Innovation, Diversity, and Excellence.
- Attending quarterly meetings and actively contributing to discussions and initiatives.
- Representing a broad range of voices, including young people, women, and diverse ethnic and cultural communities across Warwickshire and the West Midlands.
No prior experience in a representative role? No problem! We value fresh ideas and perspectives, and we’ll support you with mentoring where applicable.

Hear from One of Our Members:
Ian Head, a current Member of the Committee, reflects:
“I consider myself very fortunate and proud to have been elected to serve on the Members’ Committee last year. This provided me with the opportunity to give something back to the great Club which I have supported from a very young age. Becoming a member of Warwickshire allows us to shape the future of the Club to the benefit of all, both on and off the field of play. I, along with my fellow Committee Members, are determined to ensure that our members, their guests and all supporters, have the best possible experience throughout their membership and particularly when attending on match days. Although I have only been on the committee for one year, I have found it particularly interesting and rewarding as it is the ambition of all of us here at the Club to make Edgbaston the ‘Best Cricket Business’ in the world, now and for future generations”
How to Apply:
Initial applications are open until midnight on Friday 21 February 2025.
