Warwickshire Members have the opportunity for cricket, coaching and coffee on selected Tuesday mornings over the winter.
WCCC MEMBERS NETS AT EDGBASTON CRICKET CENTRE
For a second year, during this winter, Warwickshire members will have an opportunity to come to the Cricket Centre and practice cricket have some coaching and have a tea or coffee with fellow WCCC members. The Cricket Centre is where our professional squad and International players train and since the surface has been relaid and updated, the facilities are again world class.
You will be helped and supported by Geoff Humpage, ex Warwickshire and England wicket keeper batsman and also Chris Barnes who is an ex WCCC Colt player. Both will offer some basic coaching and will be keen to talk about the old days over a free cup of tea or coffee!
If you would like to come and train alongside the pros, we will be running these sessions on Tuesday mornings from 10:30am – 12:30pm starting on Tuesday 23rd October.
There will be changing and shower facilities available.
The sessions will cost you £5 a week (payable on the morning to the centre) which include tea or coffee and parking.
Please wear suitable cricket attire and indoor shoes / trainers.
