Members’ exclusivity window extended for Nottinghamshire game

Warwickshire County Cricket Club has extended its exclusivity window for Members to claim their complimentary tickets for the LV= Insurance County Championship game with Nottinghamshire, which begins on Thursday 27 May.

With the fixture being the first possible opportunity for spectators to return to Edgbaston following the part-easing of Government restrictions, the priority window for Warwickshire Members has been extended to midday on Monday 17 May. Non-Members will then have an opportunity to purchase tickets, which are priced at £15 for Adults and free for under 16s.

Tickets will not be available to purchase or claim on the day of the fixture.

Edgbaston will operate at 25% capacity for this fixture, as per UK Government restrictions, and all seating will be reserved and socially distanced.

How to secure tickets

Members can claim a complimentary ticket by logging into their online account at tickets.edgbaston.com, calling 0330 551 1994 (9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday) or in person at Store ’94 (10am to 4pm, Monday to Friday).

The Members’ exclusivity window, which ends at 11.59am on Monday 17 May, also gives access to purchase or use guest passes to claim up to three additional tickets for this match. Additional tickets can be purchased online, while guest passes must be claimed over the phone or in-person at Store ’94 before the day of the fixture.

The wider Bears family and Nottinghamshire Members can purchase any remaining tickets from midday on Monday 17 May, via the above process, with tickets priced at £15 for adults and free for under 16s. Members can still secure any available tickets, free of charge, until midnight on the evening before the match.

All tickets are subject to completing a health declaration form before the day of the match.

Tickets will be available via the Edgbaston app or can be downloaded and printed at home. No tickets will be distributed at the stadium or available on the day of the match and Membership cards alone will not be accepted.

Member Guests

Members can purchase up to three tickets for guests online, whilst guest passes can be used by calling 0330 551 1994 (9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday) or by visiting Store ’94 at Edgbaston (10am to 4pm, Monday to Friday).

Guest passes must be claimed before the day of the fixture and no guest passes will be accepted on the day.

Seating available

To allow for social distancing, seating will be available with one free seat in-between each spectator.

The Tom Dollery Lounge will be open for this fixture. To ensure that as many Members as possible can use the Tom Dollery Lounge, only one guest ticket can be purchased in this area.

The David Heath Suite will be closed for this match.
