Dan Mousley has been chosen as part of a Professional County Club Select XI squad that faces Zimbabwe today (Thurs 15 May) in a one-off red ball game.

The Warwickshire allrounder – who recently signed a two-year contract extension with the Club – features among a 13-player squad to face the tourists at Leicestershire’s Uptonsteel County Ground.

Middlesex’s De Caires captains the side for the four-day game which is part of the tourists preparations for the Test against England at Trent Bridge starting on 22 May.

Mousley, 23, made his England debut during last winter’s white-ball tour of the Caribbean where he featured in four IT20s and three ODIs, where he averages 34.50 having hit a maiden international 50.
