Dan Mousley couldn't hide his delight as the Bears made it three wins from three.

The all-rounder, who was voted Talbots Law Player of the Match, took 3/13 as the Bears dismissed Lancashire for 98 all out after losing the toss.

“We’re absolutely over the moon to be honest,” said the 21-year-old. “To play against Lancs, who are a gun side, and to beat them so convincingly we’re chuffed. We spoke as a group and we know we’re flying high, so to do that against a good team we’re really happy.

“The confidence has been passed on from the red ball to the white ball and we love playing at Edgbaston and winning games of cricket. We know we’ve got 11 match winners in the team and anyone can win the game of cricket. We’re in a really good spot at the moment.”

Speaking of his performance, Mousley said: “I’m pleased, but I still think Briggsy should have won it!”

“My bowling is something I’ve worked on and when I went away this winter I tried to learn as much as I possibly could from those players. To have Briggsy and Jake Lintott in the dressing room, and Maxwell coming in now, I’m also trying to learn from those three as they have so much knowledge.”
