We are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity to join our Ticket Office team at Edgbaston ahead of the 2017 season.
With Edgbaston hosting the 2017 ICC Champions Trophy and the first ever Day/Night Test Match between England and the West Indies, 2017 will be a landmark year to join the business. There will also be the usual domestic schedule, along with a revamped NatWest T20 Blast competition, which once again culminates at NatWest T20 Blast Finals Day at Edgbaston.
We have two roles available in our Ticket Office team:
Part Time Ticket Office Assistant
This position offers work 75 days a year mainly over the summer months between April – September.
Casual Ticket Office Assistant
This flexible working position would offer work on a casual basis over the busier parts of the summer mainly based around our international fixtures, domestic T20 games and other major match day events.
Typically our match day work schedules will include early morning, evening and weekends. Previous experience in customer service and ticketing would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided.
