New signing Krunal Pandya admits he's fulfilling a lifelong dream as he embarks on a month long journey with Warwickshire.
The Indian international all-rounder has always wanted to embrace the county cricket circuit and he’ll finally get his wish as a Bear in the Royal London Cup.
“I’m very excited and looking forward to the season,” said the 31-year-old. “This will be my first county stint and it has always been a dream if I’m honest. I wanted to explore how the English summer goes and how exciting it is.
“Warwickshire has a great history and I’m lucky to get the opportunity as it’s a new challenge. Staying here for a month, travelling with the team on the bus and playing at different venues. Even the weather is great here now!
“I’m really looking forward to it and I will try to give my best.”
