Partial refunds available for 2021 Members

Warwickshire County Cricket Club would like to thank all Members for their support during the 2021 season.

It has been another challenging year as the Club continued to navigate through the financial and operational impacts of COVID-19 restrictions, which limited capacities for the first part of the season.

It has since been special to welcome Members back to Edgbaston for one of the most memorable seasons in the history of the Club.

Friday 24 September was simply a magnificent day as the Bears were crowned County Champions for the eighth time in our history, before going on to lift the Bob Willis Trophy at Lord’s a week later. Huge credit goes to captain Will Rhodes and First Team Coach Mark Robinson, as well as the wider squad and coaches for this achievement.

On that final day of the Championship season at Edgbaston, around 2,000 Members and supporters were present to see us lift the trophy. The Club has not won the Championship at home since 1995, so to be able to celebrate it with so many of our most loyal supporters was fantastic.

This was a stark contrast to the start of the season when we were unable to allow Members to attend the opening three LV= Insurance County Championship fixtures at Edgbaston.

As a Member, and as per our Membership Refund Guarantee, we would like to offer Members a partial refund of £20 on your 2021 Membership to compensate you for being unable to attend these fixtures.

If you would like to claim this partial refund, please complete the form at edgbaston.com. The form will need to be completed by 5pm on Friday 29 October, 2021.

Alternatively, if you would prefer to donate your refund to the Club no further action is required.
