Sport Director Paul Farbrace believes there's an opportunity for the Bears to play with freedom and showcase their talent.
“T20 is a competition that if you approach it in the right way with the right attitude and play with the let’s see what I can achieve attitude as opposed to what might go wrong attitude you give yourself so much more of a chance,” said Farbrace.
“It’s a brilliant opportunity, it really is. There aren’t too many spots nailed down and there are opportunities for people to show what they are capable of.
“It’s a game that in three or four overs can swing very quickly and what we need is people who show nous, high level of skill, but also the courage to show they can play at this high level.”
