Warwickshire Director of Cricket Paul Farbrace is confirmed at the speaker for the Midlands Cricket Society's next meeting, which takes place at Edgbaston at 8pm Tuesday 22 February.
Farbrace joined Warwickshire in 2019 having worked with the England men’s team for five years as Assistant Coach, where he supported the 2015 Ashes series victory and the team’s rise to number one in the ICC One-Day International rankings.
Prior to his role with England, Farbrace coached Sri Lanka men’s team to a first ICC T20 World Cup title in 2014 and enjoyed coaching roles with Kent and Yorkshire.
As a wicket-keeper, he also enjoyed a playing career with Kent and Middlesex before retiring in 1995.
