Captain Will Rhodes previews the Bears Royal London Cup campaign.
“We’re looking at it as a tournament to win,” said Rhodes. “Last year there were a lot of guys who hadn’t played List A cricket before, so they got that exposure. Dan Mousley and Jacob Bethell were two of those and benefitted as they’re in The Hundred.
“It is about bringing youngsters through, but also playing our experienced players to win a trophy. A few of us didn’t play any T20 cricket, so this is the white ball cricket we get to play and want to play.
“We’ve got some good, experienced players in this format who can hopefully win us some games.”
