Warwickshire’s off-spinning all-rounder Alex Thomson has joined Derbyshire on a two-year deal.
The 27-year-old had originally joined the Falcons on loan until the end of the Vitality Blast group stages with the move now being made permanent.
Thomson – who signed for the Bears in 2017 after a successful trial – played nine first-class matches, nine List A matches and 11 T20s. In total, the Staffordshire right-armer took 28 wickets in total.
