Following the Prime Minister's latest announcement on Monday evening regarding the four-week delay in moving to Step 4 of the roadmap out of lockdown, all ticket holders should note the latest information regarding Vitality Blast home group games and the Royal London International between England and Pakistan.

Vitality Blast

All Vitality Blast group fixtures at Edgbaston in 2021 will operate with social distancing restrictions remaining and, based on the current guidelines, the Club will operate at 25% capacity for each match.

Regrettably, this currently means that the Club will be required to implement the ticket refund and rollback policy for the Worcestershire Rapids fixture on Friday 16 July. Tickets are no longer available for this match.

Members who are yet to claim tickets can still do so by visiting Store ’94 or call 0330 551 1994 (9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday).

All other fixtures are not affected and limited tickets remain available to purchase online, up to the restricted 25% capacity.

For the Worcestershire Rapids fixture on Friday 16 July, the following rollback policy will be implemented and tickets will be allocated in the following priority order:

1. Members – those with a valid 2021 Membership, who have claimed a ticket.
2. Season Pass holders – those with a 2021 T20 Season Pass, who have claimed a ticket.
3. Ticket purchasers – we will select ticket holders based on the time of purchase, with those who purchased first receiving priority.

The Club is currently working through the guidelines and this priority process and will confirm with all ticket buyers once this has been completed.

If we need unfortunately have to cancel your ticket(s), you will be notified by email and you will receive a refund for the value of your tickets back to the original payment method.

If you have any questions about your tickets, please email us at tickets@edgbaston.com. Thank you for your support.

All guidelines are subject to change based on latest guidance from Government.

England v Pakistan, Royal London International

The fixture, which takes place on Tuesday 13 July, currently falls within this four-week period. We are working through the latest guidance and await further details from Government regarding this fixture.

We are also working closely with authorities to determine if this match can be played as a pilot event, similar to the LV= Insurance Test Match which took place last week, and give as many people as possible the chance to attend.

The Government is due to make a further announcement on Monday 28 June, at this point we will be in touch again will details regarding your tickets.

In the meantime, we are unable to accept any refund requests until we know our confirmed capacity.

Apologies if this makes planning difficult, but we are working hard to give as many fans as possible the opportunity to watch the ODI in a safe and welcoming environment.
