Edgbaston is recruiting an Assistant Cellar Manager to assist the Cellar Manager in planning and delivering all match day and non-match day liquor support to the highest levels of quality and efficiency for between 1 to 25,000 customers.  

The main objective is to assist the Cellar Manager in ensuring the smooth planning and delivery of the day to day and match day hospitality function within unit, to our clients and customers whilst managing the business needs and performance standards.

A team player who must interact effectively across the operational functions to drive superior retail operations and business performance. Hands on and able to take own initiative to ensure all departments are fully stocked at the appropriate times and given the opportunity to maximise sales.
