We are recruiting for a Catering General Manager to help deliver a business that is guest focused, sustainable, exciting, innovative, and profitable.
To have people at the forefront of everything you do with particular focus on wellbeing team development and training. This role needs a flexible management style and excellent interpersonal skills. To continue the good culture already on site and improve within the casual work force.
To lead and inspire a team of HODS and their own teams to optimise sales, profitability and guest service, underpinned by a structured approach with appropriate focus on compliance with relevant company polices, standards and employment principles.
To be ambitious and aware of the trends in the market to ensure that we are delivering excellent customer service.
To work across all departments to make sure that sustainability and H&S is fully embedded.
Effectively communicate with both your team and the club staff and client.
Reporting to your Operations Director and through close liaison with our Client partners, you will be directly responsible for the key result areas below (amongst other general responsibilities).
Overall, you will be responsible for helping for helping to deliver our vision of being the best cricket business in the world.
