Jacob Bethell is no stranger to Edgbaston Cricket Centre, he’s been honing his skills here since the age of 14.
We caught up with the 20-year-old during an early morning nets session where he faced one of the centre’s most feared bowlers – a spin machine named “Merlyn Ali” by Bears players!
Bethell showed off his range of shot making as he prepares for the Bears Vitality Blast Quarter Final and, later this month, his England debut.
