Ahead of the 2017 season Technogym brought together Warwickshire County Cricket Club and McLaren to share best practice and work together to improve performance for athletes involved at elite level sport. The session took place at the McLaren Technology Centre in Woking and saw Chris Armstrong (Head of Strength and Conditioning at Warwickshire CCC) and Simon Reynolds (Human Performance Manager at McLaren Applied Technologies) discuss everything from athlete acuity to building a winning ethos within a team and the importance role that physical and mental health plays in performance. Warwickshire are now in their 4th year with club partners Technogym who also supply some of the most prestigious sport clubs in the world including Juventus, Paris Saint-Germain and Chelsea and the McLaren-Honda Formula 1 team.
