It was another fabulous evening with fast bowling all-rounder Shaun Pollock who enjoyed seasons with the Bears in 1996 and 2002.
Speaking from his home in Durban, Pollock reminisced about his four wickets in four balls on debut, winning the B&H Cup in 2002, with victory over Essex at Lord’s and his fantastic international career.
Pollock was also a key part of the South Africa team, which achieved a huge amount of success in the mid-late 1990s and early 2000s, and despite the bad memory spoke with honesty when recollecting the Proteas 1999 Cricket World Cup semi-final defeat.
