Following our abandoned match vs. Yorkshire Vikings we wanted to fully clarify our refund policy and display the full list of options for our ticket purchasers following Friday’s non-start.

Following this post if customers are still unclear about what their options are, we suggest that they contact us via the channels at the end of this article.

Please note customers must have their Yorkshire Vikings ticket in order to exchange for another match or claim a refund.

General Admission Ticket Holders

All general admission ticket holders can retain their match day ticket for the fixture of Birmingham Bears vs. Yorkshire Vikings and use it to gain admission to our next home game vs. Lancashire Lightning on Sunday 19 June.

Supporters wishing to attend our next home game vs Lancashire Lightning will be required to present their Yorkshire tickets to a steward at any general admission entrance point.

Alternatively, Yorkshire ticket purchasers can attend any other Birmingham Bears NatWest T20 Blast home group fixture in 2016, but they will be required to exchange their ticket ahead of the fixture they wish to attend. Our Ticket Office/Club shop is open Monday-Friday 10am-5pm, alternatively tickets can be posted back to the Ticket Office with a note detailing the fixture you wish to attend and your return address. New tickets will be issued and sent out in the post. Customers are advised to exchange as early as possible to avoid any postal delays.

Our final option is for customers to claim a refund. Refunds must be claimed within 28 days (from 13/6/16) and purchasers will receive a cheque within 60 days.

Season Pass Holders

All Birmingham Bears Season Pass holders have the option to claim an extra ticket for any remaining NatWest T20 Blast home group game, or claim a ticket to any home Royal London One-Day Cup or Specsavers County Championship fixture.

To claim an extra ticket, Season Pass holders must make the claim in person at the Ticket Office or call our Ticket Hotline and reference the Season Pass number on the reverse of the season pass card.

Skyline Terrace

Our Skyline Terrace purchasers will be offered a normal match day ticket in compensation for our abandoned fixture vs. Yorkshire Vikings. Ticket restrictions are as per general admission ticket purchasers, meaning fans attending our game vs Lancashire Lightning will be required to present their Yorkshire tickets on arrival. Any fans wishing to attend another NatWest T20 Blast home group fixture must contact our Ticket Office ahead of the fixture they wish to attend and exchange their Yorkshire ticket for a new one.

There will be no refund offered for the food and beverage part of the ticket package. However, customers can upgrade their refunded ticket and access the Skyline Terrace for a further £12 (subject to availability). Customers are advised to book this upgrade ahead of the fixture given the limited availability and high demand of our Skyline product.

Skyline Terrace ticket purchasers can also claim a refund to the value of a match ticket of £23. Refunds must be claimed within 28 days (from 13/6/16) and purchasers will receive a cheque within 60 days.

Members

Warwickshire CCC members affected by the Yorkshire Vikings fixture can claim an additional ticket for a future 2016 NatWest T20 Blast group game, Royal London One-Day Cup or Specsavers County Championship fixture.

To claim an extra ticket Members must make the claim in person at the Ticket Office or call our Ticket Hotline and reference your membership number on the reverse of their membership card.

Car Parking

Please be advised that car parking is non-refundable and all future car parking bookings must be made in advance of the fixture customers are attending. Car park tickets can be purchased online by clicking here.
