Following the release of this morning’s revised fixture list for 2020 Vitality Blast Group stages and Finals Day and the confirmation that the tournament is expected to be played behind closed doors, please do read the appropriate section(s) below if you have booked tickets or hospitality.
GENERAL ADMISSION TICKETS
Vitality Blast Finals Day
If you have booked tickets for Vitality Blast Finals Day 2020 you have the option of rolling over your ticket(s) to 2021, at no cost, or to claim a refund.
You do not have to take any action to rollover your tickets to next year’s Vitality Blast Finals Day and you will automatically be booked into the same seats for biggest day in the 2021 domestic cricket calendar.
No additional charge will be incurred, and you will receive a confirmation of your revised booking once the 2021 Vitality Blast Finals Day date has been confirmed; this is expected to be released in September.
If for any reason you cannot attend Finals Day 2021 when the date has been set, you do have the opportunity to use our Official Resale Platform to give other fans an opportunity to purchase your tickets at face value.
To claim a refund on the value of your 2020 Vitality Blast Finals Day tickets, simply complete the online form before midnight on Wednesday 26 August. Refund form will be sent via email to all ticket buyers. Please do take the time to double check that all details are correct as it will impact your refund process.
All refunds will be processed before the end of September.
Please note that should Edgbaston secure approval from the Government for spectators to attend Vitality Blast Finals Day on 3 October 2020, this will be ticketed as a new event. All details of how to book tickets and the priority process will subsequently be released at edgbaston.com.
Birmingham Bears Season Pass & Vitality Blast group game tickets
All Birmingham Bears Season Pass holders and Vitality Blast group game ticket holders have the option to keep the value of their tickets to use as a credit to use on a future match(es) or to obtain a refund.
By choosing a credit, you have the option to use the value of your tickets to secure priority access to domestic fixtures at the best available price in 2021.
If you would like to claim a credit for the value of your tickets, you do not need to take any action and the amount will appear automatically in your online account in September.
To claim a refund on the value of your 2020 Vitality Blast group game tickets, simply complete the online form before midnight on Wednesday 26 August. Please note that should Edgbaston secure approval from the Government to allow spectators into any of this year’s Vitality Blast group games, as part of the sports spectator pilot programme, priority will given initially to 2020 Warwickshire members who have donated their annual subscription. There will be a subsequent process for Season Pass holders and 2020 ticket purchasers.

PLATINUM & EXECUTIVE MEMBERS
All Platinum Members who have hospitality for Vitality Blast Finals Day 2020 included in their membership package will have the value of their hospitality places retained as a credit to use on a future Major Match day or Vitality Blast group game at Edgbaston in 2021 and/or 2022. Additional hospitality tickets purchased can either be credited or refunded.
