Warwickshire fans will soon be able to own their favourite Bears’ digital player cards and video moments from Edgbaston after the Club agreed to a partnership with FanCraze, the world’s largest digital collectibles platform in cricket.
A typical FanCraze pack contains digital player cards and video moments of varying rarities and now, thanks to a multi-year rights deal, there’s a chance to own Bears’ stars such as Sam Hain, Chris Woakes and Club captain Will Rhodes.
With FanCraze, supporters can showcase their cricket fandom to build their squads, climb leaderboards, and win amazing prizes in one of the world’s most innovative fantasy cricket games.
Fans can visit the FanCraze marketplace to buy, sell and trade digital player cards to boost their teams and advance to elite gaming competitions with next-level rewards.
Head of Partnerships Ben Seifas, said: “FanCraze will create digital collectibles specific to the Club, while providing strategy games and unique money-can’t-buy experiences.
“Fourteen other English county clubs, plus the ICC, are involved. It’s exciting to be part of the digital collectibles movement and I hope our fans enjoy getting involved and creating the fan experience of their dreams.”
Anshum Bhambri, Founder and CEO of FanCraze, added: “Warwickshire fans can join the cricket gaming revolution and start building their digital club of Warwickshire collectibles. FanCraze offers fans the opportunity to flex their knowledge of the Vitality Blast and the One Day Cup to compose their best seven-player teams and win cash rewards based on their card stats and the players’ real-life performance.
“The Warwickshire collectibles will also grant exclusive access, such as player meet-and-greets, signed merchandise, hospitality access, match tickets, and much more. We are delighted to be a part of this journey, and we look forward to redefining the fan experience together with the club.”
The multi-year deal will see FanCraze advertising in-bowl and across the Club’s digital channels, including the live stream.
