Warwickshire County Cricket Club has announced FREE entry for the final two days of the LV= Insurance County Championship match at Edgbaston versus Somerset on Thursday 23 and Friday 24 September.

With victory, along with maximum bowling points, guaranteeing an eighth County Championship for the county, Warwickshire are encouraging Members and supporters to come along to Edgbaston from 9.30am (when gates open) on both days to get behind the Bears.

Stuart Cain, Chief Executive of Warwickshire CCC, said: “It’s a crucial couple of days at Edgbaston and we want to get as many supporters as possible in attendance to help provide extra backing for the Bears as we go for victory in such an important game at 10.30am

“It’s been an enthralling first two days of play and the game could end with the Championship being lifted here.

“We’re incredibly proud of the efforts from the team this year, particularly in the Championship. They’ve made huge strides on the field from previous years and it would be a fantastic achievement to end the season with the trophy.”

Entry to Warwickshire versus Somerset is completely free tomorrow with no advance registration required.
