Unfortunately the Bears were beaten by the weather on Friday the 28th July in a game that was scheduled to be played against the Yorkshire Vikings. However, fear not cricket fans, as our NatWest T20 Blast ticket refund policy has you covered with a number of options available for ticket holders.
Fans can either:
- Exchange tickets for our game vs Lancashire Lightning (Sunday 30 July)
- Exchange tickets for our game vs Worcestershire Rapids (Friday 4 August)
- Apply for a full refund on their match tickets
Fans opting for ticket exchange can visit our Club Shop/Ticket Office Monday-Friday 10am – 5pm to be issued a new ticket, or fans can exchange on the date of the fixture they wish to attend. We suggest fans exchange on the date of the fixture allow extra time to avoid queues and congestion in the ticket office.
Any fans wishing to apply for a refund should follow the steps below. Please note that refunds are not available for complimentary tickets.
REFUND SCHEME – NatWest T20 Blast Group Stages
If play is restricted to 9.5 overs or less and no result is obtained, then you will be entitled to a full refund on your ticket or the right to use it for any other Birmingham Bears NatWest T20 Blast group match, Warwickshire group fixture in the Royal London One Day Cup or a day of Specsavers County Championship cricket at Edgbaston Stadium during the 2016 season. This policy applies to paid-for match tickets only. A refund is not available for complimentary tickets. To claim your refund simply send your ticket(s), with the name of the payee, address, postcode and email in block capitals to REFUND POLICY , Warwickshire County Cricket Club, Edgbaston Road, Edgbaston, Birmingham, B5 7QU or bring your ticket to the club shop within 28 days of the date of the match. Please note, no refunds will be issued on the day of the rain affected fixture. Please allow 60 days from receipt of claim for us to process your refund. For refund queries please call 0844 635 1902. To exchange your ticket(s) for another Birmingham Bears NatWest T20 Blast group match or Warwickshire CCC Specsavers County Championship please bring your ticket with you to the club shop prior to the fixture or we will exchange your ticket(s) at the gate on the day of the game. T20 Season Pass Holders
