Before your visit, please take a moment to familiarise yourself with the entrance and exit points.

Your tickets will show your nearest entrance, but you can enter via any gate on the day.

  • All entrance points will be open for this match.
  • If you have a hospitality ticket, or accessibility seating, you can enter via E4/5 entrance (Main Reception).
  • Other gates will be open for exit.

9am – 10am

Entry into the stadium will be quick with limited to no queues. Go to the gate on your ticket.

10am – 10.30am

Expect short queues at all gates and have your bags ready to be searched.

10.30am – 11am

There will be queues at all gates, try and arrive earlier. Have your tickets ready and bags will be searched.

Flags & Banners

Only flags, clothing and banners related to the England or India cricket teams are permitted in the stadium—any items that do not comply with this must be removed and will not be allowed to enter the Stadium.

 

Alcohol Free Family Stand

The Press Box Stand (Blocks 16-17) is an alcohol-free stand and no alcohol will be allowed to be consumed while in this stand. This stand will be monitored by our stewards.

 

Multifaith Room

Multifaith Rooms are available in the South Stand on the first floor, next to the 501* Lounge.

These will be open for use on all match days. Speak to one of our friendly stewards who can help direct you to one of the room.

 

Sensory Rooms

Sensory Rooms are available for children and adult with sensory processing issues to attend a match in a calm environment at Edgbaston Stadium.

The specially designed spaces are located in the South Stand and in the Press Box Stand.

Our Membership and Ticket Office team are here to help our guests have the most enjoyable time possible when they visit Edgbaston.

Subsequently we work closely with our stewarding team and customers to ensure we fully understand the unique needs of our visitors to make sure we provide a positive experience for all of our fans.
