With COVID-19 still in circulation, the Club understands that some people are likely to feel more comfortable than others about attending.

That’s why the Club is asking everyone to consider taking some small voluntary actions to protect each other. Please read this guide before attending.

Members will be able to use their Membership Card to gain entry for this fixture. Guest passes and additional tickets can be purchased from our Ticket Office on the day.

All spectators are asked to complete our online Health Declaration before attending and if you feel unwell or have any COVID-19 symptoms you must not attend.

Tickets

Members can use their Membership Card to gain entry. Tickets can be purchased on the day.

Before your visit

If you are feeling unwell or have any COVID-19 symptoms, you must stay at home and not attend.

  • Face Covering – We would encourage you to bring a face covering (unless you’re exempt) and wear it while moving around the stadium. Please note, this will not be mandatory.
  • Hand washing and sanitisation – Please continue to follow good hand hygiene practices during your day.
  • Testing – There will be no requirement to show a negative Lateral Flow Test on entry, but the Club encourages spectators to try and take a test before attending, unless you’ve already been double vaccinated at least two weeks prior.
  • Health Declaration – All spectators are asked to complete our online Health Declaration before attending

Sanitiser Stations

Wash your hands and use the sanitiser stations located around the stadium regularly.

When you arrive

The Club is encouraging all attendees to wear a face covering when they arrive and moving around the stadium and follow good hygiene practices, including the regular use of our sanitiser stations.

  • Social Distancing – There will be no social distancing at the stadium, as per the latest UK Government guidelines.
  • Your Seat – Spectators will be able to sit in any stand which is open for that fixture, subject to capacity restrictions.
  • Food & Drink – Spectators are welcome to bring food and drink into the stadium, excluding any alcohol, cans or glass bottles.

Edgbaston is a cashless stadium. Please bring a payment card or use your e-wallet.

During your visit

When moving around the stadium, please try and follow our one-way routes.

  • Click & Collect – Spectators can order food and drink from their seat using the Edgbaston app from selected bars. Full details will be available via the app.
  • Contactless Payments – We’ve installed protective screens and have payment technology to allow for contactless purchases at our bars and retail outlets. We are unable to accept cash payments.

Entrance & Exit

Please enter and exit the stadium through the designated gates, which will be clearly signposted.

When leaving

When you are leaving the stadium, please follow staff directions and our one-way routes. We’ve installed easy to follow floor markings and signage to assist you.

  • Exits – You will be asked to exit via specific exit points. Please follow signage and directions from our stewards.
  • Post-Event Survey – After the fixture, you may be sent a post-match survey so spectators can provide their feedback on their experience. Please take a moment to fill this out.
