Hospitality

Rugby School ask that hospitality covers are booked in advance to ensure that everyone is catered for.

Please book in as far in advance as possible on a first come first serve by emailing [email protected].

There will be option to purchase a breakfast sandwich on the day, filled with either Sausage, Bacon or a vegetarian sausage.

A three-course lunch will be served during the lunch break and then there will be a cream tea offering in the afternoon.

There will be coffee and tea available all day from the hospitality van at the outdoor seating area, and the exclusive hospitality bar will be open throughout lunch In Old Big School.

All hospitality guests will receive their ticket via the Edgbaston app and receive a wristband on arrival to gain entry into the outdoor seating area and the lunch area.
