We look forward to welcoming you to the Bears Lounge

Bears Lounge is located on the 2nd floor of the South Stand in the 1882 Suite. Please enter through Main Reception (E4/5 entrance) where our friendly stewards can direct you.

Please find full itinerary below:

  • 5pm – Gates & Bears Lounge opens
  • 5pm – Two-course buffet is served
  • 6.30pm – Match starts
  • 9.15pm – Scheduled close of play
  • 9.15pm – Live music starts
  • 10.45pm – Final orders (or 90 mins after close of play, subject to change)
  • 11.15pm – Bears Lounge closes (or 2 hours after close of play, subject to change)

Your Tickets

Your tickets will be available via the Edgbaston Hospitality app, which is free to download on iOS or Android, search ‘Hospitality Edgbaston’ in your app store.

You will have to register to create an account for the Edgbaston Hospitality App. Please ensure you use the same email address that you used to purchase your Bears Lounge tickets.
