Em Arlott - Edgbaston

Having been an ever-present for Central Sparks since 2020, with international experience with England, Arlott is a vital part of the new-look Bears Women’s squad.

England involvements in 2021 & 2022, the fast bowler knows exactly how to take a batting order down.

Boasting 72 wickets in five seasons for Sparks, and 11 wickets in eight matches representing Birmingham Phoenix in this year’s The Hundred, the 26-year-old is an experienced figure who will never let up in sight of winning her side a game.

“It’s a new era for women’s cricket and it’s exciting to be part of it with Bears Women. I’ve played around Edgbaston for the last four years with Sparks and Phoenix so it’ll be great to call the stadium home.

It’ll be a proud moment to wear the Bear and Ragged Staff when the season starts next year and I’ll be doing my all for the Club.”
