George immediately became an important member of the backroom team after joining the Bears in January 2022 as Performance Analyst.
He arrived with plenty of experience and a growing reputation in cricket having previously worked with Southern Vipers and Southern Brave Women as well as the Scotland Men’s team whom he assisted during two T20 World Cup campaigns.
A sports science graduate from the University of Portsmouth, George hails originally from Hertfordshire where he played club cricket at Harpenden CC with another future Bear, George Garrett.
