Liz is one of the longest serving Bears in the squad, having been in the system for her entire playing career, from under 9’s through to senior women. She’s one of the most consistent seam bowlers and has led the bowling attack for several seasons.

Her talent has been proven on numerous stages, including taking 4/28 for Central Sparks and performing for the Northern Superchargers in The Hundred.

Having played over 100 games for Warwickshire, her passion for the Bear & Ragged Staff is without question.

Throughout the 2019 victorious T20 campaign, she was a crucial part of the bowling attack, performing economic spells and taking important wickets.

Even though this moment is one of her favourite moments, she recalls receiving her 100th appearance cap for Warwickshire from Ashley Giles as being her career highlight.

Like many of the girls, she also applies her talent to the club game as captain of Walmley CC where she plays alongside many fellow Bears. When not perfecting her cricket skills, she works for the NHS as a pharmacy technician.
