I have tickets for Vitality Blast Finals Day at Edgbaston on Saturday 5 September, can I claim a refund?
Yes. All ticket purchasers have the option to roll their ticket(s) over to Finals Day 2021, and secure the same seat for next year’s event, or claim a refund.
Please note, we are unable to offer a part refund and part roll over option if you have multiple tickets on the same order.
I want to roll my tickets over to next year’s Vitality Blast Finals Day. How do I do this?
No action is required. If we don’t hear from you before the refund window closes at midnight on 26 August, your tickets will automatically be rolled over to next year’s Finals Day.
No additional charge will be incurred, and you will receive a confirmation of your revised booking once the 2021 Vitality Blast Finals Day date has been confirmed; this is expected to be released in September.
If for any reason you cannot attend Finals Day 2021 when the date has been set, you do have the opportunity to use our Official Re-Sale Platform to give other fans an opportunity to purchase your tickets at face value safely and easily.
Can I purchase additional tickets if I want to roll my tickets over to Finals Day 2021?
Yes. If you decide to roll your tickets over to Finals Day 2021, you will be offered priority to buy additional tickets before general sale (subject to availability).
You will receive an email once priority access details have been confirmed.
If I roll my tickets over to Finals Day 2021 and once the date is confirmed I can no longer attend, can I get a refund?
If for any reason you cannot attend Finals Day 2021 when the date has been set, you do have the opportunity to use our Official Re-Sale Platform to give other fans an opportunity to purchase your tickets at face value.
This will allow you to sell your tickets easily and safely via our online platform.
Full details regarding our re-sale platform will be confirmed once the date for Finals Day 2021 has been announced; this is expected to be released in September.
I don’t want to roll over my tickets to Finals Day 2021, how do I claim a refund?
Ticket buyers can claim a refund for the value of their ticket(s). Refund requests must be submitted by completing our online Ticket Refund Form before midnight on 26 August 2020.
You will need your Booking Number to claim a refund, this can be found on your email confirmation.
The link to the form has been sent to all ticket buyers via email. If you are yet to receive the link, please email tickets@edgbaston.com.
If you do not complete our online form, your tickets will automatically roll over to Finals Day 2021.
If I fill in the Ticket Refund Form, when will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be processed in September once all refund requests have been received.
Once your refund has been processed, you will receive an email advising when you can expect to see funds in your bank account.
All refunds will be issued in accordance with your original payment method. We are not able to send a refund to a different destination (e.g. to another card or bank account). If your card is no longer in use, your refund will be issued by cheque.
I have purchased Car Parking, do I need to claim a refund for this?
Car Parking purchased for Vitality Blast Finals Day will automatically be refunded to the original payment method.
No action is required. You will receive an email once your refund has been processed.

Yes, absolutely. To help support the club through these challenging times, we are asking supporters, who are able to do so, to make a donation to Warwickshire County Cricket Club.
