All ticket purchasers for Vitality Blast Finals Day at Edgbaston Stadium, on 5 September 2020, have the option to roll their ticket(s) over to Finals Day 2021, at no cost, or claim a refund.
Please note, we are unable to offer a part roll over and part refund option if you have multiple tickets on the same order.
Car Parking purchased for Vitality Blast Finals Day will be refunded automatically in September and no action is required. The refund will be paid to the original payment card. If the card is no longer in use, a cheque will be issued.

Roll my tickets over to Finals Day 2021
Ticket buyers have the option to roll their ticket(s) over and guarantee their place at Vitality Blast Finals Day 2021. You will automatically be booked into the same seats for next year’s event, and you will receive priority access if you wish to buy any additional tickets.
Finals Day 2020 sold out in record time, and before general sale, and this is the best way to secure your seats for the 2021 event.
No additional charge will be incurred, and you will receive a confirmation of your revised booking once the 2021 Vitality Blast Finals Day date has been confirmed; this is expected to be released in September.
If you wish to change your seats for next year’s Finals Day, you will be able to do this by contacting the Club once your tickets for Finals Day 2021 have been assigned in September (subject to availability).
If for any reason you cannot attend Finals Day 2021 when the date has been set, you do have the opportunity to use our Official Re-sale Platform to give other fans an opportunity to purchase your tickets safely and easily at face value.
To roll over your tickets, no action is required. If we don’t hear from you before midnight on 26 August, your ticket(s) will automatically be rolled over to Finals Day 2021.
Please note; should Edgbaston secure approval from the Government for spectators to attend Vitality Blast Finals Day 2020, this will be ticketed as a new event. Those who purchased tickets to the original Finals Day 2020 date will receive priority, if Government restrictions allow.
Claim a refund
Alternatively, ticket buyers can claim a refund for the value of their ticket(s).
Refund requests must be submitted by completing our online Ticket Refund Form, linked below, before midnight on 26 August 2020.
If you do not complete our online form, your tickets will automatically be rolled over to Finals Day 2021.
