Your refund request must be submitted within our refund period from 1 June to midnight on 30 June, 2020. Refunds will be processed in batches in late-June, with all final requests being completed by mid-July.
If you decide not to claim a refund, the value of your tickets will automatically be credited to your online account and you will receive the added benefit of priority access to our programme of fixtures in 2021.
Our refund period for the England v West Indies Test match has now closed.
All refunds requests will be processed by the middle of July. Please allow this time for your refund to be administered.
