Mobile tickets via the Edgbaston app

You must have a ticket to attend this fixture, including all U16s, you will not be able to get access with just your Membership Card or T20 Season Pass.

Any guest passes must be claimed in advance of the day of the game.

Mobile tickets will be used via the Edgbaston app, which is the quickest and easiest way to view and share tickets with other attendees.

Your log-in details will be the same as the one you used to purchase tickets online. Once logged in, you can view your tickets via the Wallet section by clicking on My Tickets.

You can easily share tickets with friends and family via the Edgbaston app.

How to share tickets via the Edgbaston app

Tickets can be shared with other attendees via the app. To do this, view the ticket you want to share and click on the share icon, on the top-right hand corner.

This will generate a code that you can share. The recipient of the ticket will need to download the app and enter the code in the My Tickets section of the app.

To gain entry on the day, simply show your ticket in the app.

Please note, tickets can only be shared once via the app. If you wish to return or share tickets with a different recipient, please contact us at tickets@edgbaston.com or call 0330 551 1994 (9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday).

Print at home ticket

Alternatively, tickets can be downloaded via your online account. Log-in to your account and download your print at home ticket by clicking on Tickets in the menu.

You will need to print this ticket at home and show on entry. This will then be scanned at the gate.

Before arrival, check your ticket for your gate entrance, plus your stand, block and seat number.

Print at home tickets will also be accepted as a PDF on a mobile device.
