Mobile tickets via the Edgbaston app

Mobile tickets will be used via the Edgbaston app, which is the quickest and easiest way to view and share tickets with other attendees.

You may need to update your app before viewing your tickets.

Edgbaston app is free to download on iOS or Android, simply search for Edgbaston in your app store.

Your log-in details will be the same as the one you used to purchase tickets online. Once logged in, you can view your tickets via the Wallet section by clicking on My Tickets.

The app supports devices with iOS 13.0 (released in September 2019) and above and Android 10 and above. The app may work on versions before that, but we would advise that these are the minimum versions for the app.

If your app doesn’t support these, a print-at-home ticket is available to download from your online account. Please make sure you first complete our Consent Form before printing.

We’re sorry if you have experienced any issues viewing tickets in the Edgbaston app.

Please log-out and log back in to the app and to see if your tickets are now showing in the My Tickets section.

We are still working through some issues for some ticket holders, so please bear with us on this. A print-at-home ticket is now available for all ticket holders.

How to share tickets via the Edgbaston app

To help speed up entry into the stadium, we ask that each attendee have their ticket on their own device if possible.

Tickets can be shared with other attendees via the app. To do this, view the ticket you want to share and click on the share icon, on the top-right hand corner.

This will generate a code that you can share. The recipient of the ticket will need to download the app and enter the code in the My Tickets section of the app.

Please make sure you log-in to the app using the same email address you provided on the consent form.

To gain entry on the day, simply show your ticket in the app.

Please make sure your brightness on your mobile device is set as high as possible to make it easier for us to scan via our scanners.

Please note, tickets can only be shared once via the app. If you wish to return or share tickets with a different recipient, please contact us at tickets@edgbaston.com or call 0330 551 1994 (9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday).
