How to share tickets via the Edgbaston app
Tickets can be shared with other attendees via the app. To do this, view the ticket you want to share and click on the share icon, on the top-right hand corner.
This will generate a code that you can share. The recipient of the ticket will need to download the app and enter the code in the My Tickets section of the app.
To gain entry on the day, simply show your ticket in the app.
Please make sure your brightness on your mobile device is set as high as possible to make it easier for us to scan via our scanners.
Please note, tickets can only be shared once via the app. If you wish to return or share tickets with a different recipient, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Alternatively, simply download the ticket from the lead bookers online account and share.

Print your tickets at home
If you do not have a mobile device you can use for this fixture or having issues with the Edgbaston app, you can print your tickets via your online account.
Please note, tickets will be available in the lead booker’s account.
Tickets can be printed at home or the PDF can be shown on entry via a mobile device.
The name of the attendee does not need to match the name on the ticket, if the original attendee can no longer attend.
If you have purchased tickets using our Ticket Exchange platform, you will need to log-in to your account via the Ticket Exchange website to view your tickets.
You can do this here using your same log-in details.
