Birmingham Phoenix is the region’s newest sports team competing in The Hundred, an action-packed, unmissable new 100 ball cricket competition that will put you on the edge of your seat. Everyone is welcome.
The Birmingham Phoenix men’s team will be based at Edgbaston, while the women’s team will be based at Blackfinch New Road, Worcestershire.
The ECB has confirmed that due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the launch of The Hundred will now take place in summer 2021. The news follows a meeting dedicated to the subject, where the Board concluded it was not possible for the competition to be staged this year.
