Help us make your day special

Edgbaston is a venue for everyone. We want every visitor to feel welcome and safe when they visit and enjoy a memorable day with us. That’s why we ask all visitors to follow our Spectator Code of Conduct as you play your part in making Edgbaston special.

All spectators must read and agree to the Spectator Code of Conduct below. You must make sure that anyone you buy tickets for, or allocate/transfer ticket to, has also read and agreed to the following Spectator Code of Conduct.

If you need to report any bad behaviour or speak to our steward team on your day with us, you can do this by clicking on the Customer Services button on a match day in the Edgbaston App.

You can also report an incident or bad behaviour to customerservices@edgbaston.com.

Stay off the field

Spectators must stay off the field at all times.

Any spectator who enters the field of play will be ejected from the stadium immediately, face a ban and could be fined up to £1,000.

Zero tolerance to bad behaviour

We will not accept any bad behaviour or offensive language towards staff, players, officials or fellow spectators. We have a zero tolerance policy and spectators who display any form of bad behaviour will be ejected from the stadium.

Any racial or anti-social behaviour will result in ejection from the stadium and the Club will actively seek to support criminal prosecution where appropriate.

Police will be on-site for all Major Matches, Vitality Blast fixtures and The Hundred. Stewards will be trained in gathering evidence, which will be submitted to the police in support of any prosecutions.

Drink responsibly

While we want spectators to enjoy themselves, please make sure you drink responsibly. Be considerate of others around you and know when to stop.

For more advice, please visit: drinkaware.co.uk.

Show respect

All spectators must show respect to staff, players, officials and fellow spectators when at Edgbaston.

Abusive language towards anyone will not be tolerated and you will be ejected from the stadium and face the possibility of a ban.

Remain seated

Please be considerate of others around you and remain seated during play so that others can see.

Try to avoid moving from your seat during overs so there are no interruptions in play.

Enjoy your day

Most importantly, we want everyone to enjoy their day and help others to do so too. Be friendly, share a laugh and no matter which team you support, be respectful at all times.

If you want to report an incident or bad behaviour, you can contact us via the Edgbaston app or email customerservices@edgbaston.com.
