Report: Warwickshire v Yorkshire, Day Two

Warwickshire called time on their pre-season tour to Abu Dhabi with 85.5 overs in the dirt.
Bears, who reached 310 on Wednesday, used nine bowlers as Yorkshire closed on 330 for nine, with six taking wickets.
Oliver Hannon-Dalby was the pick of the unit, taking 2/38 from 12 overs, including a 26 dot spell across three-and-a-half overs, but a special mention to Liam Norwell, who bowled 12 overs across three stints, as well as taking a wicket.
Elsewhere, Rob Yates (2/26) and Danny Briggs (2/43) took a brace, whilst Will Rhodes (1/23) and Chris Rushworth (1/28) added the others.

It was another step forward for Mark Robinson’s side, who also lifted the Abu Dhabi Counties Super Cup in the opening week.
The Bears will now return home on Friday and enjoy a couple of days rest, before facing Leicestershire in a three-day friendly from Tuesday.
The County Championship proper gets underway two weeks tomorrow (Friday 5 April) with Warwickshire facing local rivals Worcestershire at Edgbaston.
First Team Coach Mark Robinson said: “It’s been a long winter and we all suffer a bit, especially as it’s been a miserable and wet. We hope, like everyone, we have some dry weather in the lead up to the 5th, because we don’t want to be stuck indoors.
“We love the county game, we love our Members and we can’t wait to get back in front of them.”
