Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before purchasing tickets or Membership with Warwickshire County Cricket Club and Edgbaston.
If you have any questions, please contact our Ticket Office at tickets@edgbaston.com. Important Information
If you purchase, transfer or allocate tickets to another person, you must ensure they have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions and the Spectator Code of Conduct.
Tickets are purchased based on the confirmed teams, competition format, venue and a provisional match date. If the fixture date changes, we will notify the original purchaser by email. You will then have two weeks to request a refund if you are no longer able to attend.
Please ensure your contact details remain up to date by notifying tickets@edgbaston.com of any changes. Failure to do so may result in you missing important communications, including any refund opportunities. Match Changes & Refunds
Should a fixture be postponed, rescheduled, cancelled or subject to reduced capacity, the Club reserves the right to cancel tickets where reasonably necessary, including for health and safety reasons or circumstances beyond our control.
If your ticket is cancelled by the Club in these circumstances, you will be entitled to a refund of the face value of your ticket only. Any booking or administration fees are non-refundable.
Where venue capacity must be reduced, Warwickshire County Cricket Club reserves the right to determine which tickets are cancelled.
Personal travel, accommodation and any other associated expenses are booked entirely at your own risk. The Club accepts no liability for costs incurred if a fixture is postponed, cancelled, altered or rescheduled.
