Please note that the ticket is purchased on the basis of known teams, format, venue and a provisional date. The date of the match may change. If that occurs, the new date will be communicated and you will be given two weeks in which to request a refund should you no longer wish to attend. The Club will contact details to purchasers via email.  If your contact details change then you must inform us at [email protected] or you may miss your opportunity to claim a refund. In addition, please be sure to read the standard ticketing T&Cs listed below which are also in place to protect your purchase should there be any cancellation of matches or a requirement to restrict entry.

We reserve the right to cancel your ticket due to events beyond our reasonable control and/or should we believe it is reasonable to do so on health and safety grounds. If we cancel your ticket in such circumstances, you will be eligible for a refund of the face value of the tickets (which shall not include any initial booking/administration fees, if applicable, which shall be non-refundable). We have absolute discretion as to which tickets to cancel in a situation where reduced capacity at the venue result in a requirement to cancel a proportion of tickets.

We reserve the right to impose health and safety related conditions which attendees must comply with (including but not limited to the provision of details of all attendees for Test and Trace purposes). Any attendees refusing to comply with such conditions may have their tickets cancelled, be refused entry or removed from the venue.

We shall not be liable to you for failure to perform any of our obligations to the extent that the failure is caused by an event beyond our reasonable control. Personal arrangements and expenditure, including travel, accommodation and other costs and expenses incurred by you relating to a match which have been arranged by you are at your own risk, and we shall not be responsible or liable to you for any wasted or unrecoverable costs or expenditure in relation to such personal arrangements, even if caused as a result of the cancellation, rescheduling or alteration of a match for which you have purchased tickets.

1. Tickets purchased are non transferable and are for the sole use of the purchaser. Tickets may not, under any circumstances, be auctioned, offered for sale or re-sold in any manner, except via the venue’s official Ticket Exchange re-sale platform.

2. All tickets remain the property of Warwickshire County Cricket Club at all times.

3. Warwickshire County Cricket Club reserves the right to refuse admission or cancel the booking without notification to anyone who has acquired a ticket in breach of these terms and conditions. Unlawful ticket holders will, if necessary, be ejected from the ground.

4. Duplicate tickets will only be issued as a replacement ticket that has been lost, stolen or temporarily mislaid. Under 16 tickets purchased in advance can be transferred to an adult ticket upon payment of the relevant seat price. Requests made for a duplicate ticket or transfer of an Under 16 to an adult ticket must be made by the original purchaser who will be required to produce a written statement and identification in advance or in person on the event day itself. In both cases a £5 per ticket administrative charge will be applied.

5. Any person who enters the ground is liable to be searched by a police officer or servant or agent of Warwickshire County Cricket Club and Warwickshire County Cricket Club reserves the right to refuse admission to, or eject from the ground, any person who declines to be searched.

6. Entry to the venue will be denied to persons carrying cans, glass bottles, firearms, dangerous objects or any branded material.

7. The ticket must be produced at the appropriate access points upon demand by any official of the venue.

8. The ticket is issued on the condition that the venue, its officials or agents will not be liable for any loss, injury or damage however caused to the holder of the ticket.

9. While the venue will use its best endeavours to ensure that the ticket holder is given use of the seat to which the ticket refers, it reserves the right to substitute the seat with another, whenever it is deemed necessary.

10. In the event that the event to which the ticket refers to is rescheduled, the ticket will be valid for the rescheduled event.

11. In the event that the event to which the ticket refers is abandoned or cancelled, please refer to our Refund Scheme below, which is by the ECB rain check policy.

12. Right of admission is reserved.

13. By ECB ruling, the use of any cameras, mobile phones, computers and other electronic equipment, for the recording, transmission or communication of match details, statistics, images etc is not permitted other than with the proper accreditation.

14. The photographs used on this website are for guidance only. Due to the nature of the game of cricket, the pitch will not always be in the position shown on images.

15. Animals are not allowed within the venue, except hearing dogs for the deaf or dogs accompanying blind persons.

16. On occasions when tickets are issued, spectators must retain the ticket at all times.

17. No alcohol can be brought into the ground by any spectator.

18. Smoking is only permitted within the marked smoking zones within the venue.

19. Fireworks, flares, weapons, firearms glass bottles and cans and any other items considered dangerous are prohibited. Musical instruments and horns of all descriptions are also prohibited, unless authorised by prior arrangement.

20. Flags, Banners or other signs that are offensive, racist or commercially or politically motivated are prohibited.

REFUND SCHEME
England  v Pakistan Men’s Test, 2026

For Days 1 to 4 of the Test Match: If, for the day for which the ticket is valid, play does not take place OR play is restricted, you will be entitled to a refund of only the match ticket value subject to there being: (a) zero to 15 overs played – a full refund; (b) 15.1 overs to 30 overs played – a 50% refund. In no other circumstances can money be refunded.

This refund policy does not apply to Day 5 of Test Matches.

Hospitality: If you have hospitality booked, a refund will be made for the ticket value included in your package (as per above). However, your hospitality suite will remain open and therefore the remaining value of your package will be non-refundable.

Vitality Blast Finals Day

If, for the day for which the ticket is valid, play does not take place OR play is restricted, you will be entitled to a refund of the match ticket value only subject to the below: (a) if the second semi-final does not achieve a result – a full 100%; (b) if both semi-final matches do achieve a result but (i) there are zero to 10 overs played of the T20 Final (the last scheduled match of the day) AND (ii) no result is obtained in the T20 Final – a 50% refund.  In no other circumstances can money be refunded.

Restricted View

Restricted View Seating at Edgbaston Stadium is defined as one where the spectator can view the entire cricket pitch in use for the match, but where a fixed structural object or stadium fixture partially obstructs the view of the surrounding outfield. For the avoidance of doubt, a Restricted View means that while some areas of the outfield will be obscured, no part of the active cricket pitch itself will be blocked or restricted.

Heavily Restricted View seating carries a more significant obstruction. In these seats, a fixed structural object or stadium fixture blocks most of the surrounding outfield. Furthermore, the obstruction is such that the spectator will be able to see most of, but not necessarily all of, the active cricket pitch being used for play.

In the event that a game is not completed as per ECB match regulations, or cancelled, there will be no refund. Paid tickets will then be valid for; a future Vitality Blast fixture, One-Day Cup fixture or County Championship match day in the current season subject to availability.

Vitality Blast – Double-Headers

If, for the day for which the ticket is valid, play does not take place OR play is restricted to 9.5 overs or less and no result is obtained in the Men’s fixture, then you will be entitled to a refund for the value of your tickets.

If play does not take place OR play is restricted to 9.5 overs or less and no result is obtained in the Women’s fixture, you will be to claim a complementary ticket for any of our standalone Women’s fixtures in the same season.

In no other circumstances can money be refunded.

This policy applies to paid-for match tickets only. A refund is not available for complimentary tickets.

We would encourage as many ticket holders as possible to try and join us for another Vitality Blast fixture in the same season, with tickets available to purchase online.

Vitality Blast – Fl3xi Pack

Fl3xi Pack allows the holder to select tickets for three (3) different Vitality Blast group stage matchdays at Edgbaston during the same season. The Fl3xi Pack is valid only for Vitality Blast group stage matches played at Edgbaston only and does not include access to knockout matches, T20 Finals Day, or any other non-Vitality Blast events. Fl3xi Pack holders must claim their ticket ahead of the matchday.

Should any selected Vitality Blast fixture be abandoned, cancelled, or not completed (in line with Edgbaston’s standard Vitality Blast ticket terms and conditions), the ticket holder will be entitled to exchange the affected fixture for another Vitality Blast group stage match at Edgbaston. If the final Vitality Blast group stage fixture available at Edgbaston is cancelled or abandoned, the holder may exchange that ticket for any remaining days of One Day Cup or County Championship cricket at Edgbaston during the same season.

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances and exchanges are available as outlined above only. Fixture selection is subject to availability at the time of booking. Fl3xi Pack and its associated tickets are non-transferable and valid only for the same season. Fl3xi Pack does not provide discounts around the ground on food or beverage, or give access to our Member areas. To gain these discounts, please upgrade to one of our Membership packages.

 

Vitality Blast – Blast Pass

Blast Pass provides the holder entry to all home Vitality Blast group stage fixtures at Edgbaston Stadium during the same season. Blast Pass is valid only for Vitality Blast group stage matches played at Edgbaston and does not include access to knockout matches, T20 Finals Day, or any other non-Vitality Blast events, although Blast Pass holders will qualify for priority booking for any knockout fixtures (subject to availability). To gain entry, Blast Pass holders can scan their card at the gate, with the exception of the Warwickshire Bears vs Worcestershire Rapids fixture where a ticket must be claimed in advance.

Should any selected fixture be abandoned, cancelled, or not completed (in line with Edgbaston’s standard Vitality Blast ticket terms and conditions), there is no refund permitted. Blast Pass does not provide discounts around the ground on food or beverage, or give access to our Member areas. To gain these discounts, please upgrade to one of our Membership packages.

 

Domestic Hospitality Refund Policy

Bad weather may impact play with possible delays or even no play. The decision on any delays in play is made by the umpires who are responsible for player safety.

If play is restricted (under minimum overs/balls) or does not take place, you will be entitled to a refund of the value of your match ticket. But, as the remainder of your hospitality package will still take place, you will not be eligible for a full refund.

In this event, refund details will be communicated to all hospitality bookers via email. Please note, no refunds will be issued on the day of the fixture.

The Hundred

In the event of cancellation or curtailment of play due to adverse weather, TeamCo shall effect any refund or reimbursement which may be due to a Ticket Purchaser in accordance with the following refund policy (please note that the Ticket Purchaser will not need to contact TeamCo to receive any applicable refund pursuant to this paragraph 21 and TeamCo will refund the applicable amount within 60 days of the date of the affected Match):

Single Match Day: if 100 balls or less are bowled on the day for which the Ticket is valid (where the date of the Match has changed, this means the new date of the Match) and no result is obtained, an automatic full (100%) refund of the amount paid for the Ticket (excluding any booking fees) will be made to the original credit or debit card used by the Ticket Purchaser to make the purchase of the Ticket(s).

Double-Header Match Day: if 100 balls or less are bowled in respect of both Matches on the day for which the Ticket is valid (where the date of the Match has changed, this means the new date of the Match) and no result is obtained in respect of both Matches, an automatic full (100%) refund of the amount paid for the Ticket (excluding any booking fees) will be made to the original credit or debit card used by the Ticket Purchaser to make the purchase of the Ticket(s).

Double-Header Match Day: if 100 balls or less are bowled in respect of one of the two Matches on the day for which the Ticket is valid (where the date of the Match has changed, this means the new date of the Match) and no result obtained in respect of such Match, an automatic partial refund equal to 50% of the amount paid for the Ticket (excluding any booking fees) will be made to the original credit or debit card used by the Ticket Purchaser to make the purchase of the Ticket(s).

The Hundred – Phoenix Pass

Phoenix Pass provides the holder entry to all home The Hundred group stage fixtures at Edgbaston Stadium during the same season, both Men’s and Women’s matches. The Phoenix Pass is valid only for The Hundred matches played at Edgbaston and does not include access to knockout matches, or any other non-Hundred events. To gain entry, Phoenix Pass holders must claim their seat for all four (4) games in advance online, with all tickets available via The Hundred App.

Should any selected fixture be abandoned, cancelled, or not completed (in line with Edgbaston’s standard ticket terms and conditions), there is no refund permitted. Phoenix Pass does not provide discounts around the ground on food or beverage, or give access to our Member areas. To gain these discounts, please upgrade to one of our Membership packages.

REFUND SCHEME
World Championship of Legends

If, for the day for which the ticket is valid, play is cancelled or abandoned before the completion of a total of 5 overs of cricket without an official result being achieved, a full 100% refund will be available. In no other circumstances can money be refunded. Booking fees are non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed automatically back to the original payment method. Please note, no refunds will be issued on the day of the fixture. Please allow 60 days from receipt of claim for us to process your refund. For refund queries please email [email protected].

Warwickshire CCC Membership

1. Memberships purchased are non-transferable and non-refundable and are for the sole use of the purchaser. Memberships shall not be resold or transferred (save as mentioned in (2) below) and shall not be purchased or obtained from or through any person, commercial agent, company or otherwise than directly by the applicant from Warwickshire County Cricket Club Ltd (WCCC). Any Memberships advertised for sale will be void. WCCC reserves the rights not to sell to individuals or agencies suspected of intending to re-sell their tickets.

2. If more than one Membership is issued to an applicant those Memberships may be used only by the applicant and the person(s) intending to accompany that applicant to and at the Event. The provision of such a Membership by an applicant to such person without payment shall not contravene (1) above.

3. Memberships are issued subject to Ground Regulations established by WCCC. WCCC shall be entitled to refuse admission to any Membership holder in reasonable circumstances and shall give written reasons if requested. A copy of the full Ground Regulations currently in force is available on the Official Website of the Event and is also available on application.

4. The purchaser agrees to abide by these conditions and the ground regulations at all times.

5. Memberships remain the property of WCCC at all times.

6. WCCC reserves the right to change these Conditions from time to time.

7. In the event of a match being cancelled or not completed as per the ECB match regulations no monetary refund will be due.

8. Memberships will be sent to the name and address stated on the order and not to any third party. Any memberships arranged for collection by anyone other than the cardholder, where the cardholder will not be attending, will require a letter of authorisation from them. This letter must state the name of the person collecting the tickets, together with name, address and signature of the cardholder authorising the release.

9. Duplicate membership will only be issued as replacements for memberships that have been lost, stolen or temporarily mislaid. A £10.00 administration fee will be charged for reprinting. The original membership will then be void.

10. Junior (under 16) memberships purchased in advance can be upgraded to an adult membership upon payment of the relevant differential in price. No downgrades will be allowed. Request for duplicates or upgrades must be made by the original purchaser who will be required to produce a written and signed request. Identification will then be requested in advance or in person on the day of the event itself.

11. WCCC reserves the right to cancel the sale of Memberships to individuals or agencies or to anyone who has contravened any of these Terms and Conditions.

12. Any membership obtained in breach of these Conditions shall be void and all rights conferred or evidenced by such membership shall be nullified. Any person seeking to use a membership obtained in breach of these Conditions in order to gain or provide entry to or remain at the Event will be a trespasser and will be ejected and liable to legal action.

Membership Auto Renewals

All those that purchase an annual 1882 Full Club or B5 White Ball Membership will be automatically enrolled on to the auto-renewal scheme for following years. Your credit or debit card details will be securely saved for payment. Please ensure you have a valid credit or debit card saved to your account, and any other family or friend Memberships you manage, via your online account or your renewal may not be processed. We will write to all Members no later than 14 days before your renewal so you can opt-out before ay payment is taken.

To opt-out, please tick the opt-out box in your account – ‘Profile and Payment Methods’ – ‘Membership Auto-Renewal: Opt-Out’, or email the Membership team via [email protected].

There will be a 14 day grace period from the day after you receive your confirmation email to cancel your Membership and receive a refund. To do so, please contact the ticket office by emailing [email protected].

If you want to change Membership category or switch to split payments, you will need to opt out of the auto-renewal process and purchase a new Membership.

The Club Reserves The Right To

1. Refuse admission to any person.

2. Refuse admission or eject from the ground any person under the influence of alcohol.

3. Search spectators and/or their belongings upon entrance to the Ground.

Conduct within the Stadium

YOU MUST MAKE SURE THAT YOU AND ANYONE YOU BUY TICKETS FOR, OR ALLOCATE/TRANSFER TICKETS TO, HAS READ AND AGREED TO OUR SPECTATOR CODE OF CONDUCT.

Admission and the right to remain within the Ground is on condition that spectators shall not commit any of the following acts:

1. Failure to comply with directions given by a steward or Police Officer.

2. Going on the playing area at any time, unless specifically authorised by a Club Official, or interfering with the normal course of play in any manner. Spectators who enter the field of play unauthorised will be liable for a fine of up to £1,000 or prosecution’.

3. Throwing or discharging missiles.

4. Obstructing any gangway or passageway.

5. Climbing on any building, wall or fence.

6. Defacing or obscuring any notice or advertisement displayed within the Ground.

7. Offering for sale on the Ground any articles unless specifically authorised by the Club in writing.

8. Interfering in any way with the comfort, enjoyment or safety of spectators.

9. Singing indecent songs or using indecent language or making indecent gestures.

10. Racist or racially motivated conduct or comment.

11. Making unnecessary noise such as that from the use of radios, whistles, bells, horns or chanting.

12. Obstructing the view of any other spectators.

13. Use of mobile telephones in seating areas.

Anti-Courtsider Regulations

1. Under no circumstances may any person at the ground use a mobile telephone or other kind of communication device to communicate or in any way transmit any form of commentary, data or other material in relation to a cricket match taking place at the ground for any kind of improper betting or other corrupt or unlawful purpose.

2. Any person who is reasonably suspected by [the Club] (or its appointed nominees), of acting in breach of this provision unconditionally accepts and agrees that he/she will cooperate with any enquiries made by [the Club] (or its appointed nominees), including by providing his/her name and address, an explanation for his/her suspicious conduct, and/or agreeing that he/she may be photographed and/or filmed by [the Club] (or its appointed nominees). The person accepts that any such names, addresses, photographs and films may be shared between each of the ECB, all the other first class county clubs, relevant official cricket authorities and any relevant police and crime prevention authorities, for the purposes of any criminal investigations or proceedings, in connection with any investigation into a potential breach of domestic or international cricket anti-corruption rules and/or to enable the ECB and the other first class clubs to give reciprocal effect to any ban on entry which is subsequently imposed by [the Club]. Personal data collected under this provision will be processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

3. Any person who is reasonably suspected to be in breach of this provision accepts that he/she may be immediately ejected from the ground (without any financial or other compensation) and prohibited from entering the ground and any other cricket ground under the control of either the ECB or any first class county club for life or such other period of time as [the Club] deems appropriate in its sole and absolute discretion.

Imagery

Spectators acknowledge that this venue and those attending may be filmed and/or photographed (creating ‘Audio Visual Materials’). By using your ticket and attending any event or fixture at Edgbaston, you expressly agree that Edgbaston, its sponsors and partners, other cricket and media organisations may use the Audio Visual Materials (in whole or in part and which may include images or audio recordings of you) for any purpose including marketing, promotions or commercial purposes in any media and format anywhere in the world without payment to you and the need to get permission from you or others.  Your rights under the Data Protection Act 2018 are not affected.  Further information is available at edgbaston.com/privacy-policy.
