If, for the day for which the ticket is valid, venues are unable to admit spectators OR play does not take place OR play is restricted to 9.5 overs or less and no result is obtained, then you will be entitled to a refund for the value of your tickets or the right to use it for another Birmingham Bears Vitality Blast group match, except for Worcestershire Rapids fixture, at Edgbaston Stadium during the same season.
This policy applies to paid-for match tickets only. A refund is not available for complimentary tickets.
To claim your refund or exchange your tickets, buyers will need to complete our online form, which will be sent via email and can be viewed online at edgbaston.com/bears-refund. All refund requests must be received by the deadline communicated.
Please note, no refunds will be issued on the day of the fixture. Please allow 60 days from receipt of claim for us to process your refund. For refund queries please call 0121 369 1994. All claims for refunds will be paid to the original payment card. If this is no longer valid, your refund will be issued by cheque.
Roll Back Policy
In the event that, due to health and safety reasons, we can only admit a limited number of ticket holders, the Club will select attendees on the following criteria in priority order:
- Members – those with a valid 2022 Membership, who wish to attend
- Season Pass holders – those with a 2022 T20 Season Pass, who wish to attend
- Ticket purchasers – we will select ticket purchasers based on the time of purchase, with those who purchased first receiving priority
We reserve the right to cancel your ticket due to events beyond our reasonable control and/or should we believe it is reasonable to do so on health and safety grounds. If we cancel your ticket in such circumstances, you will be eligible for a refund of the face value of the tickets (which shall not include any initial booking/administration fees, if applicable, which shall be non-refundable). We have absolute discretion as to which tickets to cancel in a situation where reduced capacity at the venue result in a requirement to cancel a proportion of tickets.
